Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Nanogen product, you are entitled to a refund for the cost of the product if the product is returned within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot refund any paid for postage charges.

To obtain a returns claim code, call our customer service department on 0845 121 6868. They will instruct you on how to proceed.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 4pm on working days will be shipped on the same day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched on the following working day.

Free postage on the Trial Offer applies to 1st class post only. For Next Day Delivery, please call our customer service team who will be happy to assist.

Orders shipped on the Next Day service will be despatched as per the terms above and are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day before 13:00. A signature will be required to receive orders on the Next Day service. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or collection will be on that card.

Should there be any delay with shipping you will be notified of the expected despatch time by email. In the case of multiple products we will often ship the available parts of the order immediately. The remaining items will be despatched as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.
